Pre-Production

Technical assessment&Material verification Before production, our engineers assess your design. This includes an assessment of important factors such as material, surface finish, structure, process, and other details of your drawings. We can provide a certification of the material we used for making your parts. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes material grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.

In-Production

In-process quality control At LRD prototyping, we strictly obey the ISO9001:2015 requirements. The quality control staff conducts routine inspections for all parts that are being produced every 2 hours. This further prevents risks from happening.

Final-Production

Inspection report&Packaging We provide full-size inspection reports for all orders. The reports include parts quantity, key dimensions, fasteners, tolerances, thickness, and appearance. This ensures our parts are of the highest quality. We know that shipping is unpredictable. We reduce the risk of damage during packaging. Our packaging has four layers: EPE, foam, and wood boxes ensure we provide the best quality parts.
